These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TimeGigs Platform. By registering or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
By accessing TimeGigs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Continued use of the Platform signifies your full acceptance of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain only one account, and comply with all task rules. Any attempt to manipulate tasks, use bots, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate suspension.
Earnings shown on your dashboard represent completed and validated tasks. Withdrawals must be made using accurate banking details. TimeGigs may delay or reject payments if fraud is suspected.
Advertisers must provide clear task instructions and must not request prohibited activities such as spam, harassment, or illegal actions. All payments for campaigns must be completed before activation.
TimeGigs reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Severe violations such as financial fraud may result in permanent blacklisting.
TimeGigs is not responsible for losses resulting from user errors, third-party outages, failed task verification by advertisers, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. TimeGigs will never request your password through email, chat, or phone communication. Any activity performed through your account is considered authorized by you unless reported immediately.
TimeGigs uses automated systems, behavioral analysis, device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and fraud detection technologies to identify suspicious activities, duplicate accounts, bot usage, VPN abuse, emulator usage, and manipulated task completions.
Accounts flagged for high-risk behavior may undergo manual review, temporary restriction, delayed withdrawals, or permanent suspension.
Some offers, surveys, and tasks displayed on TimeGigs are provided by third-party advertising partners and offerwall providers. Completion tracking, eligibility, rewards, and verification may depend on third-party systems outside our direct control.
TimeGigs is not responsible for rewards denied due to advertiser-side fraud detection, incomplete tracking, offer reversals, or violations of third-party provider policies.
Advertisers who initiate fraudulent payment reversals, chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or abuse the platform may have their campaigns suspended permanently and may lose access to deposited balances.
TimeGigs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, server outages, software updates, cyber attacks, or third-party provider interruptions.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall first be addressed through informal resolution by contacting our support team. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
